To start a paid session and turn on your court lights via the kiosk screen, you can either use your account credit balance, or a previously purchased booking.

When can I use a pre-paid booking?

You can use a booking to activate your lights if the following conditions are met:

  • The booking has been paid for in advance

  • The booking was made for the same day

  • The booking belongs to one of the players in the session

  • The booking is for the same activity mode (e.g. play, practice, visitor)

  • The booking fee matches the actual applicable fee

Some clubs will have different fees depending on the time of day, for example, a higher fee may apply during peak hours. For this reason it is important that you always try to play around the same time as your booking.

If the current play fee is different from your booking fee, you will not be able to use your pre-paid booking to activate the lights.

How do I use a pre-paid booking?

If you have one or more eligible pre-paid bookings, you will be prompted to use these when you start a new session on the kiosk screen:

Click on the green Use button under the booking that you want to use to activate your lights. If you don't want to use your booking, you can start your session using account credit instead.

Frequently asked questions

Why am I not being asked to use my pre-paid booking?

If you don't see the prompt to use your pre-paid booking show up, please check the following and make sure that:

  • You have tagged in on the kiosk screen

  • You are one of the players in the booking

  • The booking has been paid

  • The booking is for the same day and time as your session

  • The booking is for the same activity mode (e.g. play, practice, visitor)

  • The booking fee matches the actual session fee

Otherwise, you will not be able to use your pre-paid booking.

You can still play using your account credit in that case, and may ask an administrator at your club for a refund of your booking fee.
