Cancelling your booking

Find out how to remove your booking so others can play instead

If you’ve made a booking that you want to cancel, simply login to Hello Club and then click on the booking you want to remove in the list of upcoming bookings on the home page.

This will show up a modal dialog with more information about your booking, and at the bottom there will be a button to remove your booking:

Click this button and then press Remove to confirm the cancellation of your booking.

If you have received a confirmation email for your booking, you can also click on the button in the email to go straight to your booking, after which you can remove it by following the steps above.

Can I remove a booking that someone else made for me?

Yes you can remove any booking that you are a participant of.

I can't remove my booking

If you don't have the option to remove your booking or get an error removing your booking, it usually means that you are no longer able to cancel your booking because the booking time has passed.

Do I get a refund for the booking fee?

If you paid for your booking, you may be eligible for a refund of your booking fee. This depends on the settings of your club or facility, and on how much time is left before the time of the booking.

Whether you receive a refund for your booking or not will be displayed in the dialog to confirm your booking removal.
