You can upload your own custom logo or background image to customise the appearance of Hello Club for your club or organisation.
Adding your own logo
To upload your own logo:
Go to the Club module
Open the Logo card near the bottom of the page
Drag a logo image onto the page, or click on the green Choose a file button to select an image from your computer or phone
Accepted file types are JPG/JPEG, PNG, GIF or SVG
If the preview looks good, press Confirm logo to upload and save your logo
Your logo will now appear on the login portal, the registration page, the menu sidebar, and in emails sent from Hello Club.
To change or remove your logo later, follow the same steps and look for the Change logo and Remove logo buttons.
Adding a header logo
Clubs on the Premium and Business plans can upload a header logo which will replace the Hello Club logo on the homepage header bar.
To upload your header logo:
Go to the Club module
Scroll down to the Header logo card
Drag a logo image onto the page, or click on the green Choose a file button to select an image from your computer or phone
Accepted file types are JPG/JPEG, PNG or SVG
If the preview looks good, press Confirm header logo to upload and save your logo
We recommend uploading a transparent PNG or SVG logo that is light in colour so it bounces off the dark background.
Changing the background image
To customise the background image:
Go to the Club module
Open the Background card at the bottom of the page
Drag a background image onto the page, or click on the green Choose a file button to select an image or photo from your computer or phone
Accepted file types for background images are JPG/JPEG
If the preview looks good, press Confirm background to upload and save your new background image
Your image or photo will now appear as the background for all pages in Hello Club.
To change or remove your custom background image later, follow the same steps and look for the Change background and Remove background buttons.
