Learn how to display the details of your key staff members on the home page

You can display the role and contact details of your key staff members prominently on the home page so that members know who to contact:

You get full control over what details are displayed, including the role title, description phone number and email address.

Showing staff members on the home page

  1. Go to Staff in the People module and find the relevant staff member

  2. Click on their name or use the Edit option in the context menu

  3. Open the Staff member details card and click on the Staff tab

  4. Tick the Display staff details on the home page checkbox

  5. Enter a role title and optionally a description and relevant contact details

  6. Press Save to confirm

Once saved, the staff member and their details will be visible on the home page. To remove them again, simply untick the checkbox.
