If your login is linked to multiple member profiles, you can manage their event attendances on their behalf. This is particularly useful for families, as parents or guardians can use their own login to manage bookings, events and payments for their children.
Please note: This feature is available in Hello Club V2 and works with Linked Profiles, not Linked Memberships. Linked Profiles allow one login to access and manage multiple member profiles within the same club.
Signing a linked member up for an event
To sign a linked member up for an event:
Navigate to the Calendar and find the event you want to sign the member up for.
Use the member dropdown in the top right corner to select the linked member you want to sign up.
Click Sign up.
Select how you would like to pay for the event, if a fee applies.
Click Next and complete the remaining steps in the sign-up process.
Managing event attendance for linked members
You can also manage the event attendance of any member linked to your profile.
To do this, open the relevant event from the Calendar and use the member dropdown in the top right corner to select the linked member:
Once you select the linked member, you’ll be able to view their event fee and attendance status and manage their booking.
Depending on the event, you may be able to:
Sign them up for the event
Mark them as interested
Cancel their attendance
Add them to the waitlist

How can I pay the event fee for a linked member?
You can pay for an event several different ways and this will depend on how the event is set up. However, in general you will be able to use one of the following:
Any of the linked member’s eligible coupons
Any of your own eligible coupons
Your own account credit balance
Regular online payment
Can I sign up people who I am not linked to?
No. You can only sign up for or manage events on behalf of members whose profiles are linked to your login.
