V2 - How to link family members profiles to your login

Add family members profiles to your login after your club has upgraded.

You can access and manage multiple profiles with a single login, which is especially useful for families.

How to Add a Profile to Your Account

If your club has just upgraded, everyone would have received a welcome email to gain access back to their account. If you received multiple welcome emails for you and your family, it is very important you complete your welcome email first.

  • Click into your family members welcome email and please follow the β€˜activate account’ link that is in the welcome email.

  • You will need to accept the clubs terms and conditions (if applicable).

  • On the log in method page, please select the log in method you used for your welcome email (ie Facebook, Google). If you select email address, you need to enter the email address that is associated with your account.

  • You will be asked for your password that is set up for that email address, please enter it and log in.

  • This will log you into your account (a good indication is looking in the top right corner, where you will see your correct email address). You'll then be asked to confirm the details for your family members profile. Please press complete.

  • Select β€˜Go to the dashboard’ which will take you to the homepage of your club. And your family members profile is then connected to your log in!

    You will notice you will be logged into your family members profile when you go to the dashboard. To switch back to your profile, please click the avatar in the right corner and select your profile.

For other family members, please repeat this process. To detach someone, please click your avatar in the right corner and select 'manage profiles'.
