If your login is linked to multiple member profiles, you can make and pay for bookings on behalf of those linked members. This is especially useful for families, allowing parents or guardians to book activities for their children via their own profile.
Please note: This feature is available in Hello Club V2 and works with Linked Profiles (not Linked Memberships). Linked Profiles allow one login to access and manage multiple member profiles within the same club.
Create a booking for linked members
To make a booking for a linked member:
Navigate to Bookings and select the booking slot you wish to book for
Choose your Booking type and click Next
Select the linked member(s) you wish to make this booking for
If you are not participating, remove yourself from the booking by clicking the X next to your name.
Choose how you wish to pay for the booking (if applicable)
Confirm your booking
Once confirmed, the booking will be created for the selected linked member(s).

How can I pay the booking fee for a linked member?
The payment options available will depend on the booking rules configured by your club or organisation. In most cases, you can pay using one of the following methods:
An eligible coupon belonging to the linked member (available only if all participants in the booking have an eligible coupon that can be applied).
One of your own eligible coupons.
Your own account credit balance.
An online payment method (such as a credit or debit card), if enabled by your club.
