You can change your basic organisation details as follows:
Go to the Club module
Open the Details card
Update your Contact, Social and Financial details as needed
Press Save when done
Contact details
Your club contact and address details will be displayed to your members on the home page, and the email address is used for members to contact you.
In addition, this is also where you can setup your dedicated subdomain, which is available from our Entry Plan and higher.
Social details
You can also enter links to all social media platforms that you have a presence on:
These links will also displayed on the home page.
Financial details
The financial details can be used to enter your tax number and applicable tax rate, which in turn will be displayed on invoices and receipts. You can specify payment instructions for your invoices as well.
You can also set your tax type and tax rate. Your tax rate is included within any transaction made in Hello Club, so please ensure your fees include tax.
