You can add custom text to a number of Hello Club email templates. This allows you to include specific information related to your organisation to our automatic emails.
Please note however that not all emails can be customised yet, and that in some cases the customisation is limited to adding a custom text only.
Customising an email template
To customise an email template:
Navigate to the Settings module
Open the Emails card and select Templates
Use the drop down to choose the email type you want to modify
Adjust the text for the email as needed and press Save
The following emails can be customised at the moment:
Booking confirmation
Event attendee confirmation
Subscription renewal reminder
Unpaid booking reminder
Unpaid transaction reminder
