At Hello Club, we want to make sure that you have all the help you need to successfully make the most of what our app has to offer. For that reason, we offer a variety of onboarding and training options for you to choose from.
For all our customers from the Standard plan and up, we are happy to offer up to two onboarding sessions with a specialist from our team, free of charge.
Each session is roughly half an hour to an hour long, and is generally conducted by video via Zoom. Our onboarding specialist will guide you through the setup of your account and will ensure that any questions you may have are answered. Any specific requirements or feature requests you may have will also be addressed.
Once you’ve opened an account with Hello Club, one of our onboarding specialist will generally get in touch with you. However, feel free to use our live chat to reach out to us if you need a hand before then.
For customers on our Entry plan, we offer a step-by-step setup guide that you can make your way through to get up and running in no time.
Access control system onboarding
The onboarding process for organisations using our access control system is generally more complex, as we make sure that all members have the right access permissions and that all corresponding fees and booking rules are set up correctly.
Customers using our access control system will have a portion of the onboarding cost covered by the purchase price of the hardware components, and will generally find an onboarding fee component in our quote.
Paid training packages
For customers that would like a more formal training session for themselves or their staff, we also offer paid training packages, which can be used to gain additional in-depth knowledge of Hello Club usage and best practices.
These training sessions are conducted over video call using Zoom, and can be purchased as pre-paid packages for a number of hours. Each training session is generally be between half an hour and an hour and a half long.

4 hours – 3 attendees included
10 hours – 4 attendees included
