Where do I find the live chat?
If you are logged in as a staff member or administrator, click on the Help icon on the top right of your screen to open the help menu:
Clicking on Live Chat will open up the live chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen:
Click New conversation to start chatting with us.
Please note, while we will aim to respond as soon as possible, time zones and business hours may affect response times. When sending in a chat, you will receive an automated message to let you know our average response times.
What if I’m not a staff member?
Regular members are not able to use our live chat, however if you have some comments or suggestions, you can always use our feedback feature to get in touch with us.
Can I download a transcript of the conversation?
Yes, to download a text transcript of any conversation, simply click on the header of the chat panel, where it shows the name of the person you’re talking to:
