Overview

Once the Hello Club upgrade is complete, club administrators will receive a welcome email from the Hello Club team. This email will provide instructions for recreating log in details to access the upgraded club portal.

IMPORTANT:
If you have a My Squash account, log in to Hello Club using the exact email and password you use for My Squash. This will connect your My Squash and club profiles under one account.

The Process

Follow on if you are a club administrator. If you are a club member, go to the Member Login Guide.

  1. Look for a welcome email sent to your registered contact email address. When ready, click “Set Up Account” to begin. This will open the upgraded Hello Club portal in your web browser.

Note: If you haven’t seen the welcome email, please check your spam folder.

  2. You will be prompted immediately to accept terms and conditions and create new log in credentials for your account (you may choose to use the same email and password as before if preferred). You can also choose to use your Facebook or Google accounts.

    IMPORTANT:
If you have a My Squash account, log in to Hello Club using the exact email and password you use for My Squash. This will connect your My Squash and club profiles under one account.

  3. After you successfully complete your log in credentials, you will be prompted to review your profile details, which have been transferred from your account in the previous version of Hello Club. Update any relevant information, then click “Save.”

  4. When everything is confirmed, click “Go to Dashboard” to access your upgraded club portal.

Next Steps

It’s recommended that one admin completes the Account Checklist, which includes an essential step to send welcome emails to your members so they can access the upgraded portal.

For your convenience, here’s a link to the Member Login Guide to include in your member communications.
