Overview

When your club’s portal is upgraded, you’ll receive a welcome email from your club administrator. This email will guide you in reviewing your account and recreating your login details to access the upgraded portal.

This process varies slightly depending on whether you’re an individual member or part of a family group, so we’ve outlined both scenarios below.

IMPORTANT:
If you have a My Squash account, log in to Hello Club using the exact email and password you use for My Squash. This will connect your My Squash and club profiles under one account.

The Process

Scenario 1: Individual members

If you have an individual member profile with no family members linked, follow these steps:

  1. Check your inbox for a welcome email sent to your registered contact email.

  2. In the welcome email, click “Set Up Account” to open the upgraded club portal in your web browser.

  3. Accept the club’s terms and conditions.

  4. Set up your login credentials. You may reuse the same email and password as before or choose to use your Facebook or Google accounts.

    IMPORTANT:
If you have a My Squash account, log in to Hello Club using the exact email and password you use for My Squash. This will connect your My Squash and club profiles under one account.

  5. Review your profile details that have been transferred from your previous account. Update any relevant data and click “Save”.

  6. Click on ‘Go to Dashboard’ which will take you to your new Hello Club portal to make bookings and manage your account.

Scenario 2: Families (with a Circle group)**

**If you used Circles in Hello Club, follow this process to set up your new account and linked family profiles. Otherwise, move to Scenario 3 if you wish to create new linked profiles.

  1. Each member of a previous Circle will receive a welcome email at their registered contact email.

Note: If Circle members share the same contact email, all welcome emails will go to that address. Each email should be identifiable by the name of the member it pertains to.

  2. Primary Family Member Setup

The primary family member (formerly Circle Lead who has permission to edit financial details in their Circle) should set up their account first

    1. In the welcome email, click “Set Up Account” to open the upgraded club portal in your web browser.

    2. Accept the club’s terms and conditions.

    3. Create your login credentials. You may reuse the same email and password as before or choose to use your Facebook or Google accounts.

      IMPORTANT:
If you have a My Squash account, log in to Hello Club using the exact email and password you use for My Squash. This will connect your My Squash and club profiles under one account.

    4. Once your login is created, review your profile details that have been transferred from your previous account. Update any relevant data and click “Save”.

    5. Click on ‘Go to Dashboard’ which will take you to your new Hello Club portal to make bookings and manage your account.

  3. Confirm Your Linked Members Are Set up Correctly

When you see your new portal, click on the top right corner avatar to see the profiles that are linked to yours.

You should see all the users that were previously part of your Circle group (Note: Only Circle Leads who had financial permission for the user in the Circle will be linked).

If there are missing profiles and/or you wish to link additional members to your account that you have created:

    1. If the Members Share the Same Email Address:
The primary family member can repeat the setup process for each family member while logged into their own account.

    2. If the Member Has a Different Email Address:
The family member can forward their welcome email to the primary family member, who can then complete the setup while logged into their own account.

Scenario 3: Families

If you and other family members have profiles with the club and wish to manage them under a shared login, follow these steps:

  1. Each family member will receive a welcome email at their registered contact email.

Note: If family members share the same contact email, all welcome emails will go to that address. Each email should be identifiable by the name of the member it pertains to.

  2. Primary Family Member Setup

The primary family member should set up their account first

    1. In the welcome email, click “Set Up Account” to open the upgraded club portal in your web browser.

    2. Accept the club’s terms and conditions.

    3. Create your login credentials. You may reuse the same email and password as before or choose to sign in using Facebook or Google.

      IMPORTANT:
If you have a My Squash account, log in to Hello Club using the exact email and password you use for My Squash. This will connect your My Squash and club profiles under one account.

    4. Once your new login is created, review your profile details transferred from the previous version of Hello Club.

    5. Once complete, the primary family member can click on ‘Go to Dashboard’ and log into the upgraded Hello Club portal to manage bookings and their account.

  3. Other Family Members’ Setup:

    1. If Family Members Share the Same Email Address:

The primary family member can repeat the setup process for each family member while logged into their own account by clicking on the ‘Set Up Account’ link from each individual welcome email.

    2. If Each Family Member Has Their Own Email Address:

Each family member will go through the setup process individually, creating their own login credentials.
