You can quickly generate a membership card or badge for any member or casual player in your account, and download this as a PDF or print it using an ISO 7810 ID-1 compatible card printer (standard card size 84 x 54mm).

The membership card can be configured to include the following details:

  • Member name

  • Member avatar or photo

  • Member number, age, date of birth or sign up date

  • Member QR code

  • Current subscription, including expiration date

In addition, the logo and background image of your club will also be used on the card.

How to generate a membership card

To generate a badge for the member’s current membership subscription:

  1. Go to your Members on the People page

  2. Find the relevant member and click on their name

  3. Click on the Download badge icon in the top right of the member profile

This will generate and download a PDF file for the member’s membership card.

Custom layout

If you have cards with a pre-printed design on them, it may be possible to customise your layout so that it can be printed on top of the existing card design.

Please contact us if you are interested in a custom badge format.
