Find out how to change the Hello Club account owner

By default, the person that first opened the Hello Club account for your organisation will be assigned as the account owner.

To change this, the current account owner has to do the following:

  1. Make sure there is at least one other user with the Administrator role

  2. Head to the Club module

  3. Open the Account card and click on the tab Account owner

  4. Choose a different administrator and press Save

Once saved, the new account owner will have full admin access along with additional account owner privileges, like the ability to change the Hello Club plan and manage card details.

Note: The account owner can never be demoted from their Administrator role, not even by other administrators. To demote an account owner administrator, you must first make another administrator the account owner.
