You should see a QR code at the facility that you can scan with your phone using your camera app or a designated QR reader app. Once you scan the code, you should be automatically redirected to the club's visitor log page:

If you are already a registered member at the club, please login first at this stage, so that you don't have to fill our all your contact details again.

If your phone is not able to scan the QR code, please check the following:

Not all phones can scan QR codes with the camera app, so you may need to download and install a specific app that can read QR codes.

If you don't have a phone with your or have trouble scanning the QR code, you can also use the provided tablet or computer at the facility to log your visit. Simply follow the same steps as below on that device.

If your club has any specific terms & conditions for entry, you will be asked to agree to these terms before you can proceed, for example:

Tick the checkbox to indicate that you agree to the terms and press Continue to go to the next step.

In the next step, you are asked to fill out all your relevant contact details as well as the reason for your visit and your expected departure time:

If you are a registered member and already logged in to Hello Club on your phone, your details will automatically be filled out.

If you are a guest, your details will also be remembered on your device for a future visit for your convenience.

Important: If you don't know exactly when you'll leave the facility again, please select the latest time that you think you'll be leaving, or create another visitor log when you’ve extended your departure time.

Once you've filled out your details, confirm that you are currently present at the facility and press Submit to log your visit.

That's it! Your visit is now logged and you can enter the facility. There is no need to check-out again when you leave.
