Making a public booking is quick and easy. Here are the steps to guide you through it.
Note: Public bookings do not support booking changes, cancellations, or automatic refunds for cancelled bookings. It is recommended that public bookers contact the club directly if they need to change or cancel their booking.
1. Navigate to your clubs public bookings page
2. Select a date, time, and court/activity
3. Choose a booking mode (e.g. Visitor)
4. Enter contact details and select how many people included in the booking
5. Add additional visitor names (if applicable)
6. Review the booking
7. Continue to payment
8. Select a payment method
9. Confirm and complete payment
10. Payment received and booking confirmed
Once completed:
The booking is confirmed
A confirmation email is sent
If enabled, a PIN will be included for access (hardware clubs only)
