When your club’s portal is upgraded, you’ll receive a welcome email from your administrator. This email will guide you in reviewing your account and recreating your login details to access the upgraded portal.
Receive welcome email
A welcome email has been sent to you from the club's system. Please follow the ‘activate account’ link in the email. Please note, each persons welcome email is unique to that person. Therefore you cannot use someone else's.
If you have welcome emails for other family members, it's important you do yours first. Then view our How to link family members profiles to your login help article for how to add family members to your login.
Agree to the terms and conditions
The club may have terms and conditions that you need to read and agree to before you can sign up. Please review these conditions by clicking on the terms and conditions wording and indicate that you have accepted them before you continue:
Set up your log in method
You can choose to sign up using your Google or Facebook account if you have one, or if you prefer to sign up with an email and password, you can enter your email address (this needs to be the same email address that is on your profile with the club)
If you chose to use email address, you will then be taken to set up a password
You will need to verify your email, please enter the code sent to your email address and click ‘verify’:
You’ll then be taken to a page to confirm your details, these can also be updated
You’re all done! Select ‘Go to the dashboard’ which will take you to the homepage of your club
