Members can register family members, such as children or partners, directly through their Hello Club account, without needing to log out.
This feature makes it easy for one account holder (such as a parent) to manage multiple family members under the same login.
How to Register a New Member
Go to the Memberships module
From your dashboard, navigate to the Memberships section.Click on Register New Member
This button will take you into the club’s regular registration flow.
Stay Signed In
You’ll notice you remain logged into your account (check the top right corner). This allows the new member to be linked to your login.Accept the Terms & Conditions
Proceed through the initial step by agreeing to the terms.Select Create New Member Profile
Begin entering details for the family member you’re registering.Choose a Membership Type
Select a full membership, if applicable
Or choose a casual option (depending on your club’s settings)
If you hold a bundled primary membership, you may be able to assign a linked membership to this new member.
Save & Complete Registration
After saving the new profile:Click Next to continue through the registration steps
Finalise by clicking Sign Up
Once registered, the new member will appear under your account. You can easily switch between accounts by clicking your avatar in the top right corner and selecting the member you want to view.
Need to register more members? Just repeat the steps above for each family member you'd like to add.
Important note: If your family member already exists in the clubs Hello Club system, you will need to notify a club administrator so they can assist you with connecting this family member to your account.
