To sign up to a club of your choosing, it is best to follow the direct registration link from the club’s website or social media platform. If you can’t find this link, simply head to the club’s Hello Club login portal and click on the Activate an account link that shows up underneath the login buttons.
Agree to the terms and conditions
The club may have terms and conditions that you need to read and agree to before you can sign up. Please review these conditions by clicking on the terms and conditions wording and indicate that you have accepted them before you continue.
Select sign up method
The first step in the registration process is to select a sign up method. You can choose to sign up using your Google or Facebook account if you have one. This will simplify the process and will obtain your name and email address so you won’t have to type this in yourself. In addition, it will allow you to use your Google or Facebook account to login to Hello Club, avoiding the need for a username and password.
If you don’t have a Google or Facebook account, or if you prefer to sign up with a username and password, you can enter your email address to sign up with email/password.
If you chose the email/password method, you will be taken to a page to set up your password. And then to verify your email. You will receive a code to your email address, to enter into the verify page screen.
Create profile/enter your personal details
Click on 'create new member profile' to create your profile. This is to enter your personal details, so that your club knows who you are and how to contact you. Any optional fields are indicated as such and can be skipped.
Be sure to consent to the privacy policy at the bottom of the page before being able to continue.
Adding a membership
If the club offers any memberships, you will be able to select the preferred membership for each member in the next screen. Please review all the available membership types and select the one that suits you best. You can also select multiple memberships if applicable, or sign up as a casual member if the club allows it.
Add linked members
If you are registering as a couple, family or group of friends, you can add the additional people to the registration in the next step. Simply click on Add another member profile to add more members to your registration, and press Next when you have added everyone you need.
Select a payment method
If you have selected a membership type and payment is required, you will be prompted to select your preferred payment method.
Choose how you prefer to pay and whether you’d like to store your card details for any future payments.
Note: All card details are securely processed and stored by our 3rd party payment providers like Stripe. Hello Club does not process or store your card details directly.
Wait for approval or login
Select Sign up and this will complete your registration
If the club has an approval process in place for new members, you may need to wait to be approved before you can login to Hello Club. If that is the case, you will receive an email once your registration has been approved.
In all other cases, you will be logged into your account, you will be able to start managing your account, make bookings and sign up for classes or events.
