Before the portal upgrade takes place, it’s important to export your booking and event data in advance so you can manage everything smoothly during the upgrade. On the day of the upgrade, the portal will be unavailable, so this step ensures you're prepared.

You can also take screenshots of essential information like bookings, events, and attendees for easy reference during the downtime.

Important:

For the best experience, we recommend using a computer or laptop with a mouse and keyboard when following these steps.

Exporting Events

To export your event data:

  1. Open the Events module.

  2. Use the filter to set the date range for the scheduled upgrade day.

  3. Once the filter is set, close it by clicking the X icon at the top of the filter menu.

  4. Hover your cursor over the green plus (+) button at the bottom right of the page.

  5. Select the grey export icon that appears just above the green button.

This will generate a .csv file, which will be saved in your browser’s download folder. Make sure to locate this file and save it to your device for future use.

Exporting Attendee Lists

To keep track of who’s attending your events during the upgrade, you can export a list of attendees. This allows you to manually track attendance and update it once the upgrade is complete.

To export event attendees for each event:

  1. Open the Events module.

  2. Find the event(s) happening on the scheduled upgrade day. Use filters if needed.

  3. Open the event, then go to the Attendance card.

  4. Click the three vertical dots (context menu).

  5. Choose either Download PDF or Export CSV for a detailed view.

Exporting Bookings

To export your booking data:

  1. Go to the Bookings overview in the Admin section of the menu.

  2. Use the filter to set the date range for the scheduled upgrade day.

  3. Close the filter by clicking the X icon at the top of the filter menu.

  4. Hover over the green plus (+) button at the bottom right.

  5. Click the grey export icon that appears above the green button.

A .csv file will be saved in your browser’s download folder. Don’t forget to save it to your device for easy access.
