Public Bookings

Learn about our public bookings page, how to access it and how users can make bookings

Non-members and visitors can now see your organisations bookings page to see what availability is like and make a casual booking. You can link to this booking page from your website or social media account, or embed it on one of your pages.

To enable the public bookings page:

  1. Go to Settings > Bookings

  2. Tick Enable public bookings page

3. In each Activity in your Activities module, you can choose to 'show as bookable activity on the public booking page'. If enabled, the activity will be shown in the bookings list on the public bookings page.

Please note -

If you have 'approval of new members by admin' enabled in your Registration Settings, casual users will still need to be approved before they can continue. We recommend you change this setting to 'only required when payment fails'.

To access and share the public bookings page:

  1. Go to Bookings via the Member's menu

  2. Select the below icon, located above the bookings page

This will take you to your public booking page by opening a new tab. The link to this new tab can be copied to your website as a clickable link or embedded on a page using HTML.

To make a booking via the public bookings page:

  1. Select the date/time + the court you wish to make a booking on

  2. Select Member booking or Casual Booking depending on the requirement you meet

For Casual booking -

  1. This will open a new tab and take you to the clubs registration page. Please enter your email address & create a password. You will be asked to verify your email, by receiving a code.

2. Once verified, please create a profile and enter your details that the club requires. Note - this is still for a casual user, but you must have a profile to make the booking.

3. Select to 'join as a casual member', and click save.

4. Go 'Next', and select 'Sign Up' to complete the flow.

5. Select 'Continue' and this will redirect you back to the bookings page.

6. You can then proceed to create your casual booking!

For member booking -

  1. This will open a new tab and take you to the clubs log in page. Please log in to your account as normal.

2. This will then direct you back to the bookings page, where you can continue to make your booking.
