The area usage report in Hello Club gives you detailed insights into how different areas and activities within your club are being used per month.
The area usage report provides a breakdown of bookings across different areas and activities (e.g. tennis courts, squash courts, meeting rooms, fitness studios). It shows:
Total number of bookings
Average hours used per day
Breakdown per mode
Utilisation percentage
How to access the usage report
Log into your Hello Club admin account
From the left-hand menu, go to the Reports module
On the 'report type' dropdown, select area usage
On the right, select which activity you want to report on
In the 'period' field, select which month you would like to report on and which dates (if applicable)
Click 'Generate' to show the report
