About our Swish integration
Our Swish integration allows you to send your Hello Club event into your Swish app, along with your attendees list, so you can manage and run your games, leagues and tournaments.
If you wish to connect to the Swish integration, please email [email protected] to notify us so we can turn it on for you.
Setting up your Swish integration in Hello Club
To setup your Swish integration:
Go to the integrations module
Open the Swish card
Enter your Swish API key in the provided field to connect your app (your API key will be on your dashboard in your Swish app when you first sign up)
Your integration is now setup and ready to go!
How to add your event to Swish
Once you have created your event in Hello Club. Click the 3 dots in the right corner and select 'create Swish game':
You'll be presented with a dropdown to select for the type of game:
If you're hosting a DUPR game, please enable:
Once you select create, the event will then appear automatically in your Swish app:
Adding attendees to the Swish event
Once registrations have been collected, follow the below instructions to send the attendees to Swish.
Click the 3 dots at the bottom of the attendees card and select 'add attendees to Swish'
You will be asked if you wish to add only players who have been marked as attended in the Hello Club event
Once added, you will automatically see the players populated in your Swish app in the Player List
Frequently asked questions
Why would I only want to push those who have been marked as attended?
To ensure games are generated correctly in Hello Club, it's important to only mark players as attended once they arrive for the game. Only players who are marked as "attended" will be included when the system generates games. If players are marked too early (e.g. before they arrive), it may result in inaccurate game allocations or missing match-ups if those players don’t actually show up. Wait until players have physically arrived before marking them as attended.
Do I need a paying plan for Swish to use the integration?
Yes, the integration requires an active paid plan with Swish. To connect, you’ll need either the Virtual Club or Pro Club plan. You can sign up for a plan at SwishSportsApp.com.

Is there a Hello Club integration fee?
This will depend on your Hello Club plan. Pricing below:
Standard plan users = $15 NZD per month
Premium plan users = no integration fee
Business plan users = no integration fee
